Overall overlay welding

Restoring the integrity of the rail head on site at the railroad by overlay welding and follow-up grinding is completed. The subjects to this type of restoration are slippages, embedding and breakage of the terminals of the railway and tram rails. With the use of a machine, developed by the Company, the worn areas are subjected to sub-flux overlay welding, using material, which is significantly harder than the main material. Restoration the rail parameters is completed without impeding the traffic and without requiring additional repair works.
